Our favourite season has finally arrived. The weather is favourable to plan a shorter or longer trip, and maybe even a vacation. For the new season, we have prepared for you a small summary of what the breakfast menu looks like in our classic offer with breakfast.

It is impossible not to start with the aromatic coffee that always awaits you in the morning in the restaurant. Freshly ground Arabica beans in the delicious Lavazza coffee stimulate the senses and give energy for a good start to the day. For tea lovers, we also have something special – a wide selection of Dilmah teas: white, green, black, Earl Gray, as well as all kinds of herbal teas.

Your health and well-being have always been and are most important to us, so our priority is to use only local suppliers. In addition, we work closely with a dietitian to ensure that the dishes served provide all the necessary and properly balanced ingredients. It is also important for us where the eggs come from, which are an indispensable element of a good, nutritious breakfast. We only choose those that come from free-range hens.

Every day we prepare granola, bread spreads, hummus, and bake all cakes and cookies on the spot. We also want you to always have a wide selection of hot dishes: sausages with grilled vegetables, beans in tomato sauce, omelettes, fried eggs, boiled or Benedictine, as well as potato pancakes and freshly fried pancakes with cheese.

A novelty that we are currently introducing is our bread, baked in a newly opened artisanal bakery, located just 100 meters from the hotel. Poko Bakery focuses on natural and ecological ingredients: no blends or improvers. The bread is crunchy on the outside, soft inside, natural and always fresh. It is baked at dawn so that it can be still warm on our hotel buffet.

Finally, we must mention the Breakfast Chef – Gosia Placek, because without her we would not be able to enjoy our excellent breakfasts. Małgosia has been with us for over 12 years. It is she who checks whether the products have arrived fresh, she is looking for the best suppliers. Most of all, however, she creates the recipes of your favourite dishes. Carrot cake, spinach cake, or maybe a traditional sand cake? You will surely be surprised by something delicious.
